| CBIK is governed by the Board of Directors (BOD) with support from the International Advisory Board (IAB). The Executive Directors together with program heads take responsibility for daily management and decision-making. The functions of the international board are:
a) development of a protocol and draft terms of reference for international partners so that CBIK's interests are met;
b) where appropriate, suggesting credible, strategic international partners;
c) supporting processes through which effective ad mutually beneficial regional networking takes place (e.g.: through MMSEA) and links to expertise in world. The Board of Directors meets each half-year to review the progress made by different programs, administration and the working plans for the forthcoming year. The Executive Director, who is responsible for daily management of CBIK. |
